US Market Range Rover Circa P38, ECU Diagnostic Reader

Repeated from Land Rover Forum, just hoping to get an answer !
Wonder if anyone may have a definite answer for me on this, I have read previously on another forum that US Range Rovers have the Lucas Fault Code Reader fitted as standard, if this is the case is it with the ECU under the front passenger seat.
