Heavy Plod Presence in Chineham this afternoon

Just been out for my lunchtime stroll around the Chineham Business Park, lots and lots of Plod around, must have seen up to a dozen cars / vans... some may have been doing circuits, but a few were different vehicles, so clearly not all duplicates and three on blue lights runs...

are they escaped cons I should be aware of?
