All this happened outside my house last night, and had unmarked ARV Q7 attending!!!

AUDI reverses out of pub car park at "speed" continues back until stopped by house

Destroys fence

Nice big crack in brickwork of year old house

Doesnt show that well but the bricks have shifted by 5-10mm

All the damage to the audi

Then after hitting house, sticks it in drive and floors it

And keeps foot down until stopped by pub wall

Moral of this story is, dont drink and drive, especially when your old!!!

and my god are audi built like tanks!!!

Dean087. That fence that got totalled is my next door neighhbour where do you live?? This was the napiers in ash vale!!

And the guy who did it was 75 and claimed the accelerator stuck!!!

Unfortunately though after being in pub drinking triple Bacardis since lunchtime then no one is going to believe you even it was a genuine fault!!!

Also I believe that your insurance is invalid if your drunk so he becomes personally liable!!

Luckily No one was on that one but there was someone on the bog behind!! It's at a 90 degree angle directly behind the one in the photo so the cistern is mounted onto the cracked outside wall!!!

The policies I've seen will reduce the level of coverage to statutory only in the event of drink or drugs (i.e. 3rd party).

The insurance company will have to pay out to 3rd parties however they will start proceedings to get the money back form the policy holder.

Definitely can't see him getting his license back as this is his 3rd drink driving offence in 10years!! So he should get prison but being 75 more likely to get huge fine and banned for life!!

Yea very lucky no one was hurt as where he hit the pub is next to the garden entrance, and me, mrs and kids had come out that way minutes earlier!!!
