Half an hour from J4 to the Meadows Sandhurst!!!

What the hell was going on tonight?? No idea why it took me half an hour, but it did!

Ambulance came past me about 19.20 going in the opposite direction as you at Meadows. I didn't really look on the other side of the road down the A331 as I was occupied with an e36 M3 ...

The other factor last night was the A322. The resurfacing meant it was down to one lane from Bagshot to Bracknell. At 5pm that road was almost at a standstill in both directions, I imagine a lot of people were trying to avoid it.

People have been doing exactly this since Saturday, as it was closed for the whole weekend. I gave up on the Meadows yesterday when I got to watchmoor park and the traffic was back up to the M3 slip road. I jumped on the M3 (which was dead) and went down to Bagshot, came off, got as far as the first junction of lights and sat there for 50 mins last night.

Amazing how the closure of one road has such major effects. Not sure how long the work is anticipated to last. Nice to see them actually working on it yesterday when I crawled along it.

ETA Nasty smash outside Tesco's suspect that this made have had an impact... Bike involved... Basics doctor and a couple of ambulances... hope all is ok..
