A30 Bus lane - Why can't people read

The A30 from the A322 down to the meadows is chocka today probably because the A322 is shut northbound. I've just been stuck behind a fkwit who insisted on placing his car across the bus and normal lanes to stop people using the bus lane even though the bus lane signage clearly states the usage times as Mon-Fri. He took absolutely no notice of the queue behind him beeping and gesticulating. Made my piss boil.

I was stuck in that a few hrs ago!! took me 25 mins to get from Frimley high st to the Meadows, wondered why it was so chocker!!

There were loads of drivers sat in the outside lane as they can't read. I've seen this a lot in London too and you get some funny looks using the 'bus lane' even out of hours. I got my OH to go in the bus lane as we were stuck in A30 traffic coming back from Sunningdale direction...

I have had people trying to block me using this lane in the truck
Drivers do not read the signage....

Not paying attention to the Bus lane signage, times of operation and the fact that
HGV's can use it anytime.

That's Due Care & Attention - Ain't it ??

What were all those cars doing in the bus lane? Don't they know they're not allowed in there?

Have to agree that there is a certain portion of the driving public who don't seem that they should be let out on their own...

Me too after being stuck in it for 45 minutes! I started a trend though as lots of others seemed to dive out behind me and do the same. Going through that bus lane and then cutting through from the lights towards the industrial estate and popping out on the Meadows roundabout must have saved me a good 15-20 minutes yesterday.

I think peoples ignorance about the lanes there is great on the whole.

Many a time I have sailed right past them all stuck in their queue and got home really quickly

Lets not tell any more people how it works!

Personally a tt like that needs someone to have a quite word in his ear!!!

I know I would have been straight out of my car to have such a word!!!!

Teach them a few Choice words!!!

By further careful observation you will note that today, as it is the weekend, it is clearly signed that you are able to use both lanes.
