Pirbright Bends being resurfaced

Stupid council or whoever it is that does the roads. Enough loose gravel to cover 10 roads let alone one. That's one of my Sunday morning drives off the list for a while...

I honestly don't know how they can get away with the standard of workmanship they do. I'd say the road is more dangerous afterwards than it ever was before.

Came across this stretch of Tarmac only this year, ashamed to say it after only living in Bracknell. What a bit of road! Wish it went on for miles.

I found it's actually only the stretch from Gole Road to Brunswick Road (the railway bridge) that's been done. 90% of the bends have been left alone :-) phew!
