Any recommendations for a SAS decorator please?

As title, looking for someone who can prep walls and apply paint to them aka a decorator. Just painting, no interior design or wallpapering required, but there's a decent amount to get stuck into.

Should do it myself really but the Mrs wants someone who will put sheets down beforehand, clean up afterwards (ooh err), and who might actually get some paint on the walls within the next five years.

Plus as you will have worked out by now, I CBA.

Very good rates, and does a good job too, however she has young children, so only works 9 - 4, which worked for me.
