I've left Facebook!

Yep, simple as that! I finally had enough on Saturday and deactivated my account..

I cannot actually believe that I let it blight my life for so long, a huge weight off of my mind!

So, for those that know me on PH (Blues, John D, John R, Verysideways, Turbofun and others etc) and were also 'friends' on Facebook, I just want you to know that I haven't 'defriended' you in real life!

Tsk, so it's back to a "real life" on PH for you eh?. I still prefer the virtual world of FB

tbh I've found that if I restrict my FB friends to "real" friends, it works fine for me. Each to their own though.

Your regular quips will be missed on FB...

I have just started a new job and work closely with just two people who discuss facebook all the time, but I have made a concious decision not to be befriend them due to a "bad experience" with social networking sites, which ultimately led to me losing my previous job...

I distanced myself 3-4 years ago but still have the account.Family only now!!!

For me theres more to life than hanging of facebook, emails mobile phones.I went away this summer for 4 weeks .

No phone, TV, Internet, mobile, facebook, Ph, I have my life back.
