Driving in this morning from Bracknell to Basingstoke, using the A33 as normal, on the dual carriageway section having just the left the M4, Noticed a dozen or so assorted 4x4's parked up on the opposite side of the road, and a queue of slow traffic getting past, not sure what it was all about, but I suspect what I saw next had some relevance.

Carried on, and hit slow traffic a quarter mile or so later, finally got to the front as I passed a horse a carriage, surely horse and carriage are not allowed on NSL roads?

Saw a pair of horse and carriages racing down Forest Road in Warfield last year. One of those times you do a double take as what you've just seen is so unexpected!
