Reading misses out on city status (again)

So the winners are: St Asaph, Chelmsford and Perth.

Now, I moved out of Reading 2 years ago, so I'm not too bothered. But I think that's a strange decision! It's going to really miff the ruling Labour elite in Reading though, so that's a good thing!
