West Heath Garage, Farnborough

Just got a reasonable quote for a replacement clutch and DMF for my E90 at West Heath Garage in Farnborough.

Has anyone used these guys before? Any opinions welcome.

Obviously I would be paying out the best part of £800 and want it to go smoothly

I bought my C2 from them and they seem alright guys, i got some discs and pads changed and they quoted me twice the price of another garage in fleet and when I ordered some screws for my rear spoiler it took them I think around 3 months to tell me that Citroen didn't do the part anymore. But I've never had any big big issues with them.

Probably not that useful but i used to work there in 1999/2000 in their office doing the admin/paperwork Christ i feel old now

We use him for our X5, he's pretty good.

I seem to recall my neighbours not being too impressed with them whem they put their C3 in there.
Something about stuff not being done when it should and ended up costing them (my neighbours) money. Cannot remember specifics though.

I had the same on a Citroen I bought from my neighbours that had a full history with them. All sorts of things done half heartedly.

I used them exclusively 1990-2004 when I had BXs (the second of which I bought there) and always found them excellent.
No idea how staff and management might have changed since then, mind.
