i am hoping to purchase another scooby which needs a cat 1 alarm for insurance purposes
Is there any decent shops or mobile alarm fitters in and around Reading?

I've used them on more than one occassion. You could also try this guy:-

Ignore the trimmer aspect as hes an auto-electrician by trade. If anyone watches 'Wheeler Dealers' he re-trimmed the Bentley interior & I've used him to do my Lotus Carlton & talking to him he's a good bloke. Has worked on WDs for a fair few years behind the scenes fixing electrical issues that Ed can't, un-fixing them & then Ed fixes them on screen. I'd certainly give him a call at least. His names Andy.
