Estate Agent Recommendation - Guildford

Pondering selling our house in Stoughton / Guildford - does anyone have any recommendations for local estate agents that fulfil the criteria of being both good and trustworthy?

I wouldn't ever use Badgertons! As for who I would , Im not too familiar with the town in question. Generaly, if you have the time, it is best to go in as a potential buyer and assess how the operation engages with your future potential purchasers. Are the staff out of nappys and engaging/personable. Then whittle it down to the best three overall experiences and get them over for a chat/valuation to see how they stack up from the Vendor side of things.
