Recommend a building/roofing co - SAS area

http://www.ryanroofing.co.uk/ have done work on both mine and my mums houses to a high standard. Also on checkatrade which is handy, worth getting a couple of quotes.

I had a quote from ryan roofing for our double garage flat roof, £3600!!! No thanks...

As it was just to make the garage waterproof for us to put things in while the house was rewired and the c.h done and last a few years I did it myself, by no means a professional job but cost £900 in materials and it should last at least 5 years. By then we may be in a position to get a double pitched garage built instead. Get at least 3 quotes, I got so fed up of that high one that I just got on with it without further quotes.
I'm not knocking Ryan roofing for quality, I was recommended them for the good job they did on m-i-l but that price was ridiculous. Maybe they were just busy when he quoted or just didn't want to do it! Or he just thought its Surrey...

I would reccommend Terry at www.hotroofing.co.uk. He did a large outbuilding and an extension for me. He will turn when he says he will and does top work.
