Wheel Refurb & Powder Coat - Oxford

As per the Title - can anyone recommend a good wheel Refurbisher in Oxford?

I would like to get my Focus ST Wheels straightened if necessary (there is a small wobble which no-one seems able to balance out), a few scuffs removed and powder coated in a Shadow Chrome.
