The White Lion Antiques Centre in Hartley Witney are holding Classic Car breakfast meetings fortnightly. They are from 8am till Noon on Sunday's. The next ones are 26th August, 9th September and 23rd September.

I've put on the Berks TVRCC forum and spoken with a few of the guys.

I work most Sunday mornings and drive thru hartly wintney and on the breakfast meet mornings it's always busy, some nice cars there sometimes. Would be good to have a sas meet there.
