Small Low flying Jet over Winnersh

Any one see what it was, I just caught the back of it looked single engined sounded and looked very low.

I take it this was yesterday around the time you posted Jon?

I popped over to my folks in Frimley and it looked like it had just left Farnborough. This was around 17:30. Certainly very low and looked white with an orange stripe or pattern from the angle I saw it.

I think I had narrowed it down to a Provost Jet heading home from Shoreham (see thread) do you think that could of been the same plane?

also heard a small black jet yesterday afternoon over Sandhurst.
I did not see it, the Mrs did, showed her a Hawk and she thought that was what it was.

Definitely the same one, thanks Jon. It certainly stood out when I saw it almost brushing the tree tops. Pilot was obviously enjoying his trip home. He did a big loop over Farnborough and then buzzed across Camberley so was heading in the right direction to reach Winnersh too.

I thought it was a hawk from the back, but it was one of these, pretty similar profile.

I saw the Vulcan fly over Finchampstead heading towards Woking and east of Reading on Saturday afternoon. Not a "small jet" but pretty impressive!

They had both been flying at Shoreham air display, I only spotted one go over but it was bloody loud so they could've Been flying home together.

Yep, I just posted a pic to show how similar it looks in profile to the Hawk (which is what I thought it was).
I am still suprised at how low he was, could've been buzzing the tower

I saw it too as it came very low over my garden. Having not seen one in the flesh before, amazing how big it was! Sounded awesome.

I think they did some kind of show down Bournemouth way so the White Waltham flypast would probably be on the way back and would explain why it was so low as it passed over Finchampstead
