A police stop by Kent officers and some people arrested. Its on the Surrey police website

What was going on this morning, about 930 ish outside Five Stars old place? Half a dozen marked vehicles, an unmarked 3 series, and a recovery trick, no sign on an accident though ?

Can't remember what it was, but definitely not an accident
