half decent inn accommodation for short hol Oxford area

I'm looking to book 4 nights somewhere close to Oxford (within 10 miles), taking the other half for a short break. Needs to have or be very close to reasonable restaurant. Maybe an inn or coach house or similar bold style. Any ideas?

Recommend The Feathers or The Bear in Woodstcok. Plenty of local resto's and pubs. Don't take rooms at the Kings Arms as it will be too noisy. Easy 5min drive to park & ride at Peartree, or, take bus direct into Oxford. Look out for the Gold & Blue 'Blenheim' Specials...very comfortable.

Was my local ish when I worked in Oxford, was in there most lunchtimes.

Have stayed there since, most amazing sense of occasion, but not cheap.
