Architect Recommendations?

Afternoon peeps.

We're soon to be applying for planning permission for a fairly large double height extension and loft conversion on our house (currently a 2bed semi).
Does anyone have any recommendations for an architect, preferably with decent experience and portfolio with contemporary design. The kind of size we're talking about is the left hand side of this house, and similar style.



We're based in Shinfield but happy to travel etc to find the right team

Lee Norris Designs, had lots of praise from different builders about quality of the drawings, and gave us lots of ideas of how to create the final look.

great family firm and london based architect called archspace architects .. www.archspace.co.uk ...

i started using them as an alternative as they basically go way over the extra yard (being a small firm that's very committed to success, getting things over the line, problem solving etc... ) and work on fixed fee basis that is ultra competitive.

i gave them my house extension. that went very well considering the restrictive nature of the site, so i gave them 2 resi conversions (on behalf of friends) and we are now working on a change of use planning gain for an office site i bought and property isn't even my bag!

i wish i could find a lawyer as efficient and effective as these guys and half my other problems would disappear lol
