American Locomotive in a garden

Hi,
have any of you seen the American-style diesel locomotive in the garden besides the A340 TAdley-Basingstoke road? There is a purple bus parked in front of it in the same garden.

That's Whitspeed. He started building that a few years ago. It looks like a character from the children's tv program Chuggington.
He normally plays with MkI and II Escorts.

It's been there for a few years, well as long as I can remember driving on the a340.
