Pratt in a car park

sigh.. i noticed this yesterday morning.. a small dent, coupled with a scuff, right on the crease/waist line of my BMW F21, about the size of a 5p..

What's the most cost effective way to sort? It's annoying me because of the location it catches the light a hell of alot :/

I'm based in Surrey / North Hants if anyone has specific recommendations, i am thinking smart repair really but would prefer not to just pluck one from yell.com... just need to make it less noticeable really
