'Friendly' MOT

Has anyone been able to get their car passed an MOT with only one catalytic converter - ie modified exhaust? If so, can they recommend a helpful MOT center? - if you catch my drift Preferably in the Ascot / Camberley area but willing to travel.

Dont know about the modified exhaust issue but may be better for a smaller shop, I use the small garage in windlesham!

Not sure specifically how 'friendly' but i've always had excellent experience with Wokingham MOT. Taken my classic there for the past few years and they seem like a sensible bunch of lads.
