Chobham Test Track. Open to the public?

Chobham Test track is not a million miles away from home.
Is it possible to visit, and take pictures (of cars on track) , or is it all locked down?

It will be locked down, lots of media have photoshoots there so unlikely you'll be allowed in alone.

When it is events like the Sixth Gear supercar days then you seem to be able to just drive in. Not especially good viewing though.
