There's a gym 3 floors below me at work.... its in the City though..... prefer to go straight after work so I can then relax before enjoyinf Southwestrains finest hospitality on the way home...

I follow the Hiasakite routine, I'm afraid - gym at work in the City. Really easy to get in to a habit that way!
