M23 average speed camera's?

Are they still turned on? Went down there for the first time in a while and noticed that whilst the roadworks are gone (as is the 50 limit) the yellow average camera's are still there + no sign to say turned off or not working. Noticed also that multiple sets of hadecs have been installed too
