nah only know of good thai, best japanese I've had is little tokyo in china town.

If it's not too late Wagamama in Basingstoke.

It's actually a noodle bar, rather than a full blown Japanese restuarant. Other than that, I think you'll probably looking at London.

Old Thorns Golf Club at Liphook has one and it is open to the general public. Very nice.
