Cruises in Slough and Windsor......anybody here ever go?

Driving along the A4 the other day, I remembered the cruises I used to see on a Sunday evening. I'd only ever driven past those cruises but I did go to a few in the car park opposite Home Park in Windsor. Not sure if that was on a Sunday!

Judging by the number of modded motors, I assume a lot were out of towners. I can't remember exactly when (i'm getting old now) but i'm sure I took my beach buggy to Windsor which I bought around 6 years ago. I also took my 205 with an MI16 engine (on carbs...might ring a bell) a few times and a white Skyline GTR33 that I was set to buy, but had engine problems, so didn't.

If you did, please post rough dates and the car/motorbike that you had.
