M4 signs - big event at Windsor

Drove down past jc 6 today and the matrix signs were warning of a big event and delays next week (25th/26th) in Windsor.

Any ideas?

I think it's promotional hype, would have slid by us all if we didn't think the roads were going to be clogged!
