Not sure what junction they're near but the ones that are a couple of miles from Frimley... 50mph because of drainage works or something. Anyway, does anyone know if they actually work? Because yesterday I was in the average speed check and at least three cars went past me at 70mph+. Is it correct that if I leave the speed check before the official end, it doesn't work? And also, if you exit in a different lane to where you entered, it also doesn't work?

Thanks.

The lane change thing used to work but i think they closed that loophole. Was a bit ridiculous really!

These ones do work. Changing lanes won't make any difference, only thing is to tailgate biggrin however there are quite a few cameras along there.

I think a lot of people still don't realise its an average speed, as I always see them slowing for the camera and then speeding up again!
