I doubt turbo technics took the original engines apart - more likely they simply bolted on the new exhaust manifolds with the two small turbos, plumbed in the intake system, and swapped a chip over or added an injector or something along those lines. Very much doubt they went the whole hog with low compression pistons and so on.

In which case buying this thing and then swapping the turbos over to your car should be a doddle...

Easy - engine and box out from both cars, swap boxes and exhaust manifolds, twin turbo'd engine and decent box back in Alex's car. Job done.

Although it is the 24v 3ltr which is around 230 as std, so a better engine to tune, and if its out then may aswell do the head gasket at the same time.

You do? HG aint too hard and their are guides on it, would need an engine lift too.
