A fair question!they were wearing 'Police' baseball caps, and when i tried to walk across to the council offices by the side of the Yvonne Arnoud it was all taped off, with about 7/8 of them standing about.

It was robbed last week as well, they attacked with smoke bombs, apparently the villains ran away and dropped loads of bits so the locals started helping themselves!
