Garage/workshop space required

Hi Guys,
I need to rebuild the rear suspension of my TVR and I'm just wondering if anybody knows of any decent garage/workshop/barn space to rent in my nearby area (I'm in Egham). It will prolly take 3/4 weeks due to work commitments etc.
Alternatively would there be any interest in group renting somewhere? My mate also needs to do some work on his 944, and I imagine the TVR is going to require more work in the future.
