N Wales this weekend?

Bit of a long shot but I'm off on my lonesome to N Wales (via 2 hour stop at relatives in Brum), late afternoon pottering around Snowdonia stopping in Oswestry Saturday night, then heading back towards Bala, Betws-y-coed on Sunday morning, back in the afternoon. Of course it's supremely unlikely that anyone would like to come up with me on what is a bit of an epic journey, but the offers is there anyway

I have seen enough of Wales for one week.
Ebbw Vale - yeah I know not quite the same but still Welsh
Robbin sods took £16 of us to get the 7-1/2 tonner over. (inserts coffee beans smiley)

Still that "Welcome to England" sign was a welcome sight

Yeah wasn't the charge originally to fund the bridge build, but now it's been paid for several times over?

I'm going to pass on the offer Steve, but I can recommend some excellent roads in the area

Pete, Ben and I 'did' Wales as a warm up to IoM at Easter. Both excellent driving, Wales being more 'Clio Country'
