Ok, before anyone gets a bee in their bonnet, I don't need my moat cleaned or duck house extended.

I need to change from large shingle on a short, but odd-shaped driveway with a bit of an incline.

What I really want is that plastic honeycomb type matting (bad description)which is sunk into the soil though which grass can grow, the idea being that traffic keeps it from growing much above the depth of the plastic stuff.

So, er, if anyone has the remotest clue what I'm on about & knows someone who installs this kind of thing, please post here.

I know that there is a gravel-filled equivalent, but I think this will e a problem due to the incline (although probably can't be worse that what I have now.)

TIA smile

Hi I think this is the type of thing you are looking for if so any good builders merchant will have it in stock or will be able to source it for you.

It's green plastic and the Water Companys use it for acess over grassed area to get to equipment.
Any competent landscaper or decent gardener could lay it.

There is a concrete version called Grasscrete which looks better.
