Now that I have made a promise to myself to never, ever curb my wheels ever again, it is about time I got them refurbed.

Can anyone recommend a place, reasonably local, not horribly expensive where I can get them done?

If you can be without the wheels for 3-5 days BJV engineering can't be bettered for quality and they collect from most places in the thames valley. http://www.wheelrefurbishing.com/

I'm still planning to get mine done at BJV at some point, probably post-Le Man at this stage. Colin (Lakelord) is getting some done too, think he can wangle a discount. Might be worth contacting him wink

I got mine done and kerbed two of them a week later getting into an NCP with restricted access due to roadworks. The NCP twunt directing people in told me I had plenty of room... just before my wheels touched. furious

I am going to do it post Le Mans also (if I am actually taking the S - all still up in the air at the moment) but be happy to see if we could work a group discount.

I will never curb them again. I will never curb them again.

FFS sums it up, at high volume obviously. He just pointed vaguely at the 'we accept no liability sign' and wandered off. frown
