More roadworks on M25!

Any idea as to what these lot are for? they have cleared a vast amount of ground nearby.

M25 on the stretch roughly between the Amersham and M40 junctions....both ways!

I hate to think what it's like in the rush hour, it was bad enough at 6:30 this morning!

Looks like it's going to go on for a long time. What with that and work due to start at the Hatfield tunnel any time now, it's going to be a frustrating couple of years!

To be fair I have been through there 3 times over the last week and no problems.
A little slow but moving.

That is till you get the numpties who follow too close or cut in without looking
then a minor and very avoidable shunt causes chaos.
Should penalise those drivers big time.

Hmmm, it started off ok but, the last few times through there has been a total bloody nightmare!

And it will only get worse! Wait until there's an accident or breakdown in the middle of it. That part of the M25 is the
busiest section of motorway in Europe at peak times, I think.
