Morning all smile

Any suggestions as to where to get a good pair of running shoes? I've heard about places where they take note of foot shape, running style etc?

I'm based near Epsom.

Sweatshop are good, I use the one in Reading.

Ideally you want to be filmed running on a treadmill and then they slow it down to see which way you pronate, if you are flat footed etc.

Some shops have a special pad thingy too that you walk on.

Well worth doing because as you probably know the wrong type of show could give you injuries.

Thanks gents smile

I know i'm flat footed, so i want some shoes that'll stop me breaking myself to pieces biggrin I've currently got some good Asics, but have had them about 13-14 months so think i need to replace them.
