Mobile Alloy Refurb Surbiton Area

Does anyone know of a mobile alloy refurbisher in the Surbiton area? Preferably cheap, but good, I'm thinking of ~£45 per wheel.
Car parking is a premium at work so some people take to parking along a wall that is opposite the parking spaces, which means it doesn't leave much room to get out and is usually a case of to-ing and fro-ing. A woman was parked opposite me and was sat in the car talking on her mobile. I tried to drive as far as I could forward to give me room to reverse, but I got a bit too close and hit her alloy, which has a scrape down it.
I said I would pay for the repair and for her to get it done and I would reimburse her. But she kept saying that she didn't have time to do it and could I sort it out. It took her a while to realise it was an alloy and not a wheel trim and therefore I couldn't take her car to get it done. I've told her about mobile alloy wheel refurbishers but I would like some recommendations just in case her suggestions are too pricey.
