We need a bit of help guys.

As you all know, this Sunday morning is both the PH Sunday Service and Elvetham Car Show. I know that many of us were planning on doing Sunday Service first and then heading back to Elvetham, but we need to get a few cars to Elvetham for the morning.

If any of you are planning on doing just Elvetham, it would be great if we could get you all together to convoy there in the morning. That way we can show up with enough cars that we don't end up with a big empty pitch, Ben looking lonely and tumbleweeds drifting past.

For those who are going to be at Sunday Service and are keen to do Elvetham as well, we can 'relieve' the morning group by about 1.30 - 2.00.

Help. Trying to be in two places at once and just can't work out how to chop both myself and the Atom in half frown

I wasn't that impressed by Elvetham heath to be honest, I think it's was Jan's car that was the highlight for me last year. That said I'd probably trundle over after the sunday service. The Nissan Sunday Service should be good as long as there's good weather and most people on the list show up!

Good luck finding people smile

Well I am expecting to be at Elvetham only for the morning, have to be elsewhere for the afternoon.

Looks like I will only be seeing you guys in Bracknell on Saturday then.

I'm planning on doing Sunday Service and then heading over to Elvetham depending on the time...

However, if I don't make it to Nissan then I'll just go straight to Elvetham late morning.

I'll be there with SELOC. I think the plan is to meet at Fleet Station at 8.30am, departing at 9am sharp.

ETA: That in previous years there was lots to ogle at. Also it's for charidee - not to try and flog you lot GTRs wink

I may pop in with the Sagaris; it's only just down the road for me.

I don't fancy exhibiting though, as you have to get there early and then you're tied there all day. Or so it has been in previous years, anyway.

Whilst I'm sure they want you there all day, I left mid afternoon last year with no problems.

Do you just turn up and drive onto the green, or do you have to tell them you're coming?

This is true. You are free to arrive and leave as you please whether you are exhibiting or not. We had no problems last year with people having to disappear early and we had a pitch right in the middle. Would be great to see you there.

Tis true - I had to leave early and had no problem getting out...

On reflection I'll bob along with you lot. SELOC already has quite a number of cars signed up.

Well last year I just turned up and they waved me into a nice spot. There are two fields, so plenty of space.

We made it over mid-afternoon in the end after total failure to get up in the morning due to a rather late night. smile

Photos to follow - they're uploading to Flickr now and taking ages.

T'was a good day. Weather wasn't as bad as forecast - not v warm but the rain was nothing but for a few scattered showers which didn't last long.

Today was a great day out to Sunday service and Elvetham car show, the weather could'nt make up its mind other than that, it made for a fantastic day and was maxed further by a lift home with Tigertwo in Atom.

Many thanks to x_7usc and Tigertwo for lifts through out the day.

Thank you to everyone who made it to Elvetham. It was really great to see you all there and it turned out to be another good afternoon sitting in a field (despite the unbelievably offensive music!)

Gold star for everyone, chaps.

Really nice to meet you, Nancy!

I was in the Sagaris with matching nail varnish, BTW. wink
