A largish group of us want to have a dinner for a friend that passed away, and it has to be steak in his memory (he was a yank, so national dish!). So any places that the SAS crew can suggest? Any place in the area between Reading and Guildford really.

Pub/resturant whatever, just as long a the steak is going to be good.

Cheers.

I trust an Aussie when I comes to steaks wink I think I will give it a try in the next few weeks anyhow if it isn't where we go for the group dinner, the menu looks good!

Tell us when - and we'll arrange a mini-SAS meet. Or perhaps not so 'mini' knowing our SAS platoon smile
