Surrey bodyworker

Hi All,

Hope you're all well and growing old gracefully

I need to find a firm in the Surrey area that will remove rust, treat and re-spray a couple of wheel arches - really cheap.

This isn't for a prestige car, just a run-around which needs a spruce up.

Any recommendations?

Canada Coachworks in Byfleet (Jamie - tell them Jo with the Subaru sent you )

Also my mate Ben Rockey will do a good job, possibly cheaper, but he's near Horsham. He runs a Classic Car Restoration business (google Classic Car Workshop) but also repairs a lot of the race cars in my series (Caterhams).

These guys mentioned above; do they do rust removal AND resprays for a decent price? I need to get one of the wings rust-removed and resprayed on my BMW and have been quoted £285 from an indy i use for my servicing, but actually think this is a little pricey? What would you guys think?

Ben certainly does - I've seen some of the old rustbuckets they've restored to immaculate condition!
