Saw them departing Northolt on my way home last night. A 146 followed by 2 what I call Dominies but I think are now called Hawkers or HS125s or something. Little twin engined bizjet looking things. Full of electronic wizardry if they are RAF.

Like this one??.......

The red arrows have been at RAF Odiham over the last couple of days. It seems that whenever they are in the south they stop off.

Was that light coloured? I saw that plus another one flying south near Hare Hatch earlier in the week.

I think it was more dark blue. It was the Seafire, a highly modified Spitfire for naval use. It was awesome and sounded lovley.

It has been flying since 2006.

Its been the week of commemorations for the Battle of Britain.....

Battle of Britain Day is commemorated in the United Kingdom on 15 September. Within the Commonwealth, Battle of Britain Day is usually observed on the third Sunday in September.

There was a Eurofighter Typhoon and Spitfire flying together over central London on Sunday.
