Anybody have an 18" BMW wheel with tyre laying around?

Hi guys,

Am going to swap the run flats on the Z4 for proper tyres within the next month or so, and would quite like the comfort of a spare wheel/space saver just in case. I will be carrying tyre weld but it doesnt always do the trick.

Does anyone in the local area have a space saver/18" wheel with a tyre and same fitment laying around gathering dust? Am happy to pay a fair price for it.
