Evening All,

I've discovered that I have rather more NatWest YourPoints (their airmiles replacement) than I thought, so my parents are going to take the small people off our hands for a few days next month so that Mrs Kermit and I can head off somewhere for a few days/nights of relaxation, peace and sleep! smile

We don't want to go anywhere too far. Ideal would be somewhere nice and luxurious with pool, spa, massages and the like, probably close to Guildford for restaurants/cinema etc..

Any recommendations?

The good thing about the NatWest points is that I can use them on Ebookers.com, so most decent hotels seem to be on there.

As a first possibility, anyone know Frimley Hall in Camberley?

OK, I know what Parakitamol thinks of Camberley itself, but we don't actually have to go [/i]into[/i] Camberley! hehe

Frimley Hall's really nice, stayed there once in the past and know friends who have stayed there too. It's well outside of Camberley town too...

You could try Pennyhill Park in Bagshot. Has everything on your list and more.

Sadly, it ticks all the boxes except my ability to book it for free with points through Ebookers. frown

Oatlands Park Hotel in Weybridge is pretty nice - 4 star. Not sure it's got the Spa but very impressive building and grounds.

We had an excellent day, only 1 minor issue in the morning which was the bar bill. We had a £1400 bill that they wanted to settle, despite us only agreeing to £500 of free drinks!
Didn't take long to come to an agreement with them and it was all sorted, £700 knocked off the bill.

The staff were excellent, food was great and the dancing went on for a long time! Even my 80 year old Gran had a blast with her brandy biggrin

Hope she has a good day beer
