any alarm installer than can certify Cat 1's

I have a Cobra cat 1 alarm in my new car but no certificate , need an installer to check it over and certify it if poss , can travel but am based near Newbury

I memory servesme correctly any thatcham alarm fitter can do it but they will need to know the Cobra system.

I think Oxford Car Audio 01865 76 99 11 may ne able to do it.
