Seems very ott, as I wasn't selling it and definitely not making money on it. I was just letting people know that a very rare find was out there, and it could have been a chance for some lucky person on PH to get their hands on it before the guy sent it to a classic auction.

Since last night, I spoke to him and he would have taken a grand just to clear it out. Not bad for a Mercedes thats 42 years old, and dry stored for half of them!

He also has gained 2 of the first ever E12 520i BMW's sold in the UK. Both with hardly any mileage and warehouse stored since 1976 He is planning on keeping both.
P.S. This is not an ad. It is just information I find interesting
