Hi all,

Been away for a while worked stupid hours for three months and then when things calmed down I went to the Dr about a lump that had appeared during that the too busy to deal with time. A tip: having necrotic flesh scraped out of your neck with something that resembled a tea-spoon is not funny, that led to a month of bed rest.

Anyway Im feeling better, Im back on PH and whilst I was under the affects of heavy medication my wife sold our house and purchased a new one in Bagshot, which we moved into at the beginning of the week.

Im thinking tomorrows Friday I'd like a beer can anyone recommend a decent local in Bagshot?

Shaun - I forgot to mention - when we met at the Windmill a few weeks ago - it was me that kept seeing you every night at the end of the summer smile

3M tomorrow night have live music, starts about 21:00hrs

(Avoid the Kings Head - Hungry Horse unless you like pikeys and chavs)

Also check out SAS postings as there is also a Birthsay bash Saturday night.

After the 1st of December all pints at 3M's are £3 untill the 24th
Thats a good deal.

If you ever need anything, & I mean ANYTHING you can find it at the fighting cocks at the top of the high street. If you don't want or need anything there's not that much point in going in there.
Mind you they do do a nice guinness In there. smile

Welcome to Bagshot!

Rick is correct, the 3M is pretty much outside my bedroom window and I am very glad they don't have a late license!

Me and I have no idea how many people will be in there on Saturday night from about 7pm celebrating a birthday who's year dare not speak it's name wink so feel free to pop in and say hello, we will even have a celebrity friend visiting (well he was on The Late Show for all of 3 minutes last night)..

Lol, I live in bagshot lol look out for a really battered up silver puma lol thats me, pikey mobile but i dont care cost me peanuts to buy.

As for pubs in Bagshot, they are all terrible. Fighting cocks is self explanatory, and no offence to anyone if they drink in their but its a towny pub full of inbreds. The three mariners used to be a pub where you could pick up drugs and all sorts, its been rowdy in the times ive been there. Never been to the white hart, although it looks like its been done up.

I concur with the hungry horse, awful food and full of charvers. Get on a train to Camberley.

Bring back Pantiles............lol not.

The irony being that folks who used to go there may end up back there, now that it's an OAPs home.

Check out the Kings Head / Hungry Horse - if you dare.
You'll need to arrive in a Transit Van or Pickup with Motorway Maintainance sticker or a silver Vauxhall (Diesel of course)
All kids must not be strapped in and it's madatory they pick their noses.

It will remind you of Norfolk..........

On 2nd thoughts disregard the above and keep going past....
