Looking for some advice regarding office space

Morning all,

I am looking to get ideas on pricing of a small office for my business in the Woodley/Twyford area if possible but i am finding it impossible to find anything.

99% of google results are for massive office blocks, where as i am looking for something a little more qwerky. Something more like a office above/behind a shop. It is only for myself currently as i want to break away from working at home and focus more on creating a working environment ready for when i come to employ staff.

Does anyone have any contacts or recommendations on where to look, who to speak to.

At this stage i am just looking at getting prices so i can work out when the business can afford to expand to that.

I use a virtual office facility in Marlow and recently enquired how much a real office would be from them - they quoted £500/month for a 2 person unit.

I appreciate the location isn't right for you, but it might give you an idea on pricing.

Some clients of mine have just moved to Waltham Court in Hare Hatch, there seems to be a few empty looking offices in there that might suit. If not on the A4 opposite Milley Lane there is a small office complex with a 'To Let' sign.
