Who's a washer/dryer pro?
Discussion
I've had loads of problems with this but now it won't drain at all, it starts to do a dry cycle but as soon as it gets some water in the drum it just stops and the setting dial clicks around.
I have taken the filter out drained it and pulled out any debris in it but the problem is still there!
Nightmare! Anyone have any ideas? People have been called out so many times because of problems with this awful machine and the call out fee each time is £80 alone!
edit: now the filter does not want to screw out after I put it back in last night!

Have you checked the U bend under the sink that it plumbs into? Had the same problem as the restriction was external to the machine.
Yep, same issue, pull out the waste hose and clear out the U bendmucky job but may help.
Well my mom and dad have gone off to Fuerteventura for xmas and given me the house keys so I have a fully functional washing machine and dryer untill the 30th.

Hi Cas
I'm in south Reading & have fixed a few washing machines in my time so could pop round & have a look if you like,, the U bend advice is good, also check the drain pipe outside into the drain if thats the set up, as they can block up as well.
That would be amazing if you could, much much appreciated!! If I tried to do these things I'd end up flooding the kitchen!
